Corporate Wellness

Apparatus Corporate Fitness and Training programs comprise of:

  • 8 or 12 week blocks (recommended minimum of 2 sessions per week)
  • any combination of TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rip Training, TRX Functional Training, Pilates Matwork and Pilates Reformer
  • core and stability exercise including, but not limited to, the pelvic floor and the lumbar spine
  • 30-45 minutes sessions with maximum focus and efficiency for ease of integration into workplace schedules and routines

TRX is a dynamic exercise that utilises the client’s own body weight and gravity, providing a form of resistance training.

Pilates has been long adopted by health professionals in clinical and athletic settings, but simply adding Pilates as a part of a regular exercise program can assist with the improvement of poor posture and muscle imbalances. Smaller group concentration also ensures that each client continues to progress in their development.

Build strong teams, lift workplace morale, inspire your colleagues and unleash inner potential.

Workplace stress is known to be a major contributing factor to employee illness.

Absenteeism costs $27.5 billion per annum1 in sick leave costs and lost productivity. By engaging employees, and giving consideration to needs such as work/life balance and health, employers are in a position to decrease the impact of absenteeism, and other workplace related stresses and illness.

Exercise can relieve stress, reduce depression and improve cognitive function.

The Apparatus workout philosophy is about finding balance; however, we also believe that no price can be placed on health. Being proactive in relation to health and well-being management is imperative to maintaining quality of life.

Be a part of the process that facilitates change by investing in health of your employees.
